Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

All furniture deliveries within Sydney are charged at the rate of $70. For NSW Country and interstate delivery estimates, please email us your address. We will get back to you with the estimate from our preferred Carrier.

Can you deliver to my PO BOX address?

Most of our goods are delivered by courier directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery. As such these items cannot be delivered to a PO Box. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery address and access details are provided to us.

How long would it take for my order to be delivered?

For all items in stock, deliveries within Sydney usually take from 3-5 days whereas Interstate and NSW Country deliveries could take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks, after the item payment is cleared. Please contact us for a delivery estimate for all items in Transit. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. 

How do I schedule a delivery?

Once your order is ready you will be contacted by our delivery contractor to arrange a date and time window for your delivery.

Can I pick-up my order?

We are happy to allow pick-ups from our warehouse which is located in Smithfield, NSW. However, the warehouse is open by appointments only. Contact us for more information: (team@aristeia.com.au) or (1300 022 066).

Can I change my order from delivery to collection (Pick-up) after my order has been placed?

You may change your order from delivery to collection without penalty as long as this change is made before the day of delivery. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Do I have to be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

We require an adult to be present at the delivery address when your items are delivered to provide a proof of delivery signature, as well as confirmation that the items arrived in good condition.

If no one is at home at the agreed time of delivery, your items will be sent back with the delivery truck to our warehouse. You would be liable for extra costs.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. We also accept cash if you prefer to pick-up the items from the warehouse. For home deliveries, COD (cash on delivery) is NOT AVAILABLE.

Returns

When can I return an Item?

We provide 14 day Money Back Guarantee for change of mind returns. We accept returns made within 14 days of item arrival.  The buyer is responsible for the postage cost for returns. Please communicate to us prior to returning the item. When sending back the product, please ensure the item is securely wrapped and packed. The returned items must arrive back in the condition they were delivered.

Please enclose your order details when returning the item. We recommend you use a reputable courier company with tracking and insurance.
